BMW w/out the Car payment

Budget Mom/Wife without the car payment - because let's be honest I can't afford a $600 car payment, nor would I want to afford it.

I'm convinced that money is not the motivator as most people think - but that it's there lifestyle that is the driving force. If you are someone who wants to go out to dinner 3-5x's a week, you need to support that financially..that's what intrigues you, to keep your habits or wants.

For me, 2020 is about SAVING & getting out of CC debt. I have just started following The Budget Mom (TBM) (Miko Love), she has great videos on youtube, and is on instagram. She has a great budgeting method that incorporates budgeting Paycheck to Paycheck, instead of getting overwhelmed by monthly budgeting.. (I am not getting paid any thing to talk about TBM), but if your someone that gets overwhelmed by your debt or lack of savings or anything else ..please check out her method.

I have been doing this method since October - started really tracking & tweaking monthly with her system to financially help my family. I love it & have becomes secretly obsessed with it.. I look at my budget calendar daily & track every time I spend money.

January's goal for me was a "no spending' month - I never realized how much 'frivolous' spending I was doing, until I spent a few month tracking every dollar. I'm keeping up with my monthly goal of no spending.. sometimes it's been hard, trust me.. but in the long run did i really need that extra pad of stickers, or whatever it is (because of course I can't remember) I bought on amazon..

Anyway.. check out my pictures of my tracking .. check out my monthly calendar.. and we'll do a step by step on how I budget paycheck to paycheck.. and of course drop by The Budget Mom video's on youtube & see how it's going to work for YOU.

My picture is of this month's tracking - be sure to start that, if nothing else right away - every dollar you spent, so you know where your money is going ..

I'll write another post about my financial goals for 2020.
