Hi, everyone! Here's my updated flower pots for my savings visuals.. I use #thebudgetmom method..many of Miko's videos can be found on line on youtube. Definitely easy to watch and I must admit I watch them over & over, and learn something new each time. Sign up for her weekly newsletter & you get some great information every Friday, along with a freebie (tracking form, meal planning worksheet) etc.

I am so proud of myself.. never before would we have money 'saved' for something.. we'd always just 'wing it'.. robbing mary to pay paul, robbing paul to save for peter.. you know that old saying. My H (husband) is on board with all I'm doing, but certainly wants $$ just to have in his wallet for spending.. I'm helping him to see that even a small dollar amount a week ($10 for instance) can really build up if you leave it alone.. we do it through on-line transfers to on-line banks, Miko is an all cash budget so puts the $$ into envelopes.. either way it's what works best for YOU.

In these crazy times right now.. just do what's BEST for you & your family.. putting a little away each week will build it up.. and really try to track what YOU are spending on.. I can't emphasize how tracking is so important - it really shows you WHAT you're spending on..and what you can really live without.

Take care of yourself & each other!
