HI, everyone! Thanks for stopping in and reading what I have to say.. The last 7 days I've really had to concentrating on breathing.. not really anxiety, but exhaling. Grace was around someone that tested positive for COVID, and we've all been hanging out since Tuesday.. (not that we don't hang out regularly), but we (just the 3 of us) haven't had childcare of school for Grace since we found out - we don't think it's the 'fault' of anyone - I think that's unfortunately the crappy part about COVID, you just don't know who's who might have it and it can spread easily.. we have NO symptoms. We have gotten tested.. and now we are waiting for the results... but while we wait, we spend more time together (pasta making, more ball playing than ever (wink!).. Grace loves to play ball..Gary & I are feeling more grateful than ever for our childcare providers.. and our job flexibility. For me, honestly just taking sick days was okay with me. I have them, why not take them.. I only took a day & a half, because a day in between was a snow day.

If nothing else, COVID is slowing people down.. or helping us to slow down and appreciate all around us.. thankful for our childcare providers, and for Grace's school - we are fine.. we will be fine.. every once in awhile it's good to remind ourselves to Breathe!
