But, I often think (like we all do) if I made the right decision - I tend to overthink things, do we all do that??

It's been a month since I quit my full-time job, and the reason I left was because honestly if an organization thinks that it's okay to be sneaky constantly, not support their employees and worse of all ACCEPT the behavior of management that I personally witnessed then WHY would I want to be employed there... and that's why I left. (If you know me, it's not because I was "unhappy for awhile", or any other excuse that you may hear because they really don't want to talk about what's really going on).

Have I had an anxiety panic since I left? NO.

Have I felt anxious & nauseous sitting at my new desk, with new co-workers? NO.

Okay.. I made the right decision.. trust me, I didn't have to write this out to know that I made the right decision, sometimes I just over think things.

I do, in fact miss the people - but I am one to keep in touch with those that I was close to.. and as we all know people come in/out of our worlds for a lot of different reasons..some make a footprint on our hearts, and others leave with a footprint.

I have two new jobs.. one is similiar to what I was doing so it's very familiar and comfortable.. and it's flexible. The other has a wonderful support system, also flexible.. and both jobs tell me & others.. "HEY you're doing a good job." "Thank you!!"

Yup, I made the right decision.. so the moral is.. stop overthinking... :)
