Kind & Peaceful

Happy May! Hope you have a kind & peaceful May! I have been taking a Social Media Marketing class (as to finish up my AA in Business Management). You all know I have a million side hustles, and much of what I have learned will help, hopefully tie all my stuff together. We'll see.

May is my Wedding Anniversary month - 15 years married! It always hasn't been great.. there has been certainly alot of ups & downs; but we enjoy communication (when we address it correctly); we enjoy walks (when we go together); we enjoy Family Friday Night Dinners (which happens EVERY Friday night, unless someone is sick). We enjoy each other and have a beautiful family. We just keep plugging, where so many think it's just easier to move on to something else.

For me and my May goals - my #1 goal is to turn the corner on excercise (walking in particular) - I am saying I will walk at least twice a week at work. I need to cut out the sweets and eat more protein. I need to track at least 5 days a week (M-Friday!) And no eating after 7pm! (which means no snacking during doing minutes)

I'm going to read at least ONE book in a series of an author that I've seen others read.

I'm going to make sure I am present and that my husband is present when I am talking to him so that I don't get annoyed. And I am going to try & bite my tongue when I'm annoyed and just breathe! :)

Happy May everyone - hope it is kind & peaceful to you!

I'll start by saying I know that WE were chosen to be Grace's parents; it has made us stronger, and we've learned a lot from her. When she was little, she was in the hospital frequently for infection
