Thanks for clicking and reading! I don't think #wegovy is for me. I've been diligently tracking my protein, water and steps and I'm stuck at losing. The good thing is I'm going to see my doctor in the am (Monday) so I'm going to ask to be put on something else.. I've heard good things about zepbound. I really like trulicity and did well on that, but if you're not pre or diabetic you can't be on it (which is kind of comical, because if your overweight you have a good chance to be at least "pre". That's okay, I'll be okay!


My intentions for March was to MOVE Intentionally for 15 days! I got one recorded with a walk, might go for a walk later today (if it doesn't rain). And then I'm doing a jazz dance class tomorrow and trying out a tap dance class on Tuesday - two more classes in a few weeks and then maybe sticking to it weekly. (depends on the cost too!) I've always wanted to take tap, but maybe I'll like jazz better; I'm not sure my schedule will be able to handle two classes a week!


I need to meal prep today.. we have alot of food in our freezer and pantry & need to start there to build up good eating habits for the week! What does your Sunday look like for resetting for the week?
