I love #thebudgetmom right, you know that by now. So I budget according to #thebudgetmom plan.. paycheck by paycheck..which means every paycheck or income that comes into my household I budget that specific paycheck for the time frame until another income or paycheck comes in again.

Sounds easy right? Think about it.. I get paid weekly from my job - so on Friday's (okay a few days before) I anticipate what that check is going to be, look at my calendar (that has all the bills laid out for the month) & decide what bills and/or variables (groceries, gas, etc) I'm paying with that Friday check. I do it on a 'budget worksheet' every week, and my husband gets paid bi-monthly, so I do his check twice a month.

WIth this method in place, I have been able to SAVE money every month consistently, and pay off debt.. which is one of my big financial goals this year! I want to free up my debt so that doesn't feel daunting, and the money that I paying against my debt, I can pay toward my Savings goals. For me that is #moneyfreedom.

I've said it before..#thebudgetmom has tons of videos on #youtube to get you started.. check them out.. & I'm going to set up a youtube channel myself under #GetPersonalwithPattie so please go over there & like that channel..

Another post will be forthcoming with my April debt paid off balances..

Thanks for reading & stopping in!
