Actually, let's face it Summer is fast approaching! Look at today, Monday 5/5 at it's 5:33 a.m. & 58 degrees! I'll take it.. I need and want to start walking daily - yesterday I hit 5600 steps. I already have my apple watch on! But sitting at a desk all day doesn't help.. my mind goes in 100 places every minute of getting things done, and I don't move from that seat. But I have to.. I want to! I need to!

I joined a Adult Tap Dance Class in March - I am going to attend weekly! Be adventurous, try something new!!
