Hey there! I feel like I'm at a weight stall..down 60 lbs is not that bad, it's certainly a work in progress.. I can feel the difference in my clothes for sure.. Summer clothes is right around the corner, I've gone through some clothes & really start bagging some 24/26's.. I need to find the right fit, maybe down to a 18/20 - XL, which I couldn't have even imagined...but I still need a boost of some sorts.
So here it is my 30 day whole challenge with Arbonne products. I didn't order the whole kit, bits & pieces and then will order more shake mix if necessary. I'll post every few days telling you how my experience is going.
My first day, 5/4 - Monday - started with a smoothie (not their product, as I hadn't received it), made with almond milk.. Lunch was a cup of lettuce, tomatoes & cukes with 2 oz canned tuna, followed by an Arbonne smoothie around 2:30pm, made with water. Dinner was about 5-5:30pm (i had a meeting at 6:30pm to prepare for), leftover chicken thigh with cauliflower rice and roasted broccoli & organic mini peppers (from my misfits market). I'm not a broccoli fan but roasted it was delicious & crispy!
I had a Zoom (this is the new normal) meeting to cover for work, so I got hungrier around 7 - I had 2 chocolate rice cakes spread with almond butter. Went to bed at 10:45 (right after the meeting ended).. was tired but satisfied. I did have one digestion pack with my afternoon smoothie & 2 apple fizz (caffeinetted drink mix from arbonne you put in water). And I certainly drank alot of water yesterday. Day one was done!
This morning, 5/5 - starting with a lemon ginseng tea at 6:30am. Strawberry smoothie at 8:00 a.m., water throughout the day with 1-2 fizzes, lunch will be the same salad w/tuna, roasted vegetables for snack with an egg, smoothie when I get home from work around 2:30pm. Dinner will be meatballs (I'll have 2) with vegetables.
I'll keep you posted. 30 days... no coffee (i can do this, i'll miss the almond joy creamer more) no alcohol (i dont really drink, not hard for me), as whole foods as i can do.. i am reading more about the challenge - lots of stuff on pinterest.
Here's to better & healthier eating!
