Weight Loss..More walking, more protein & more water

Hey everyone! Just updating my weight loss efforts - feeling very discouraged lately.. trying to shake it up, as I sit at my desk early morning and look out the window (it's 6:30am here on the East Coast)..it's so bright out.. the sun is rising.. it may be time to start a "plan" to walk early mornings. Last summer I walked quite a bit outside in the early morning and really enjoyed the peaceful sounds of spring and summer. This weekend we turn the clocks forward (must go to bed early Saturday night, not to think I lost an 'hour'), so that'll mean even brighter mornings.


I made an impulse purchase last night at the hairdresser.. i haven't done that in awhile.. (impulse!) as I'm so intentional with my money and purchases.. but I wanted a 'keto meal plan ideas' and signed up for the first one I saw online.. :( ughhh.. $33 .. it is a 3 month plan.. not exactly what I thought it was going to be.. but it'll give me different ideas.. will i use it? probably not! honestly, i need to go back to what i was taught.. and that is more protein, more walking and more water.


I got this! (right?)
