I often say sometimes having a few days off during the week still makes for a long week, and this week took the cake! Monday in Massachusetts was a holiday, I went to work Tuesday. Half day on Wednesday, off Thursday and then worked Friday..but honestly, it's Saturday morning, and I feel wiped.. hope I'm not coming down with a cold..my throat is a little scratchy! I usually do my budgeting video on Saturday morning, but I don't know.. i feel scratchy! :(

What added to the long week was a visit to Boston Children's Hospital with Grace who had to have an endoscopy, which is her second in six months.. the first showed inflammation and irritation so we started her on oxmaporzole twice a day; so he wanted to make sure that was working, hence the second endo. And low and behold, the medicine is working (there was just a 'little' inflammation at the end of her esphogaus.. so I think we are going to stay the course with the meds she's on. Follow up in four weeks. Good news for sure! Worth the 2.5 hours there and back, hmm.. not sure.

Grace is going to be like every big kid in our neighborhood soon.. exciting news to share, once I order her summer surprise..which I hope with the help of her PT will be in next week.. stay tuned!!

All is well in our house.. honestly, I am just overwhelmed with taking 2 college courses in this 8 week semester.. and one includes the writing of a business plan.. so if I haven't written much this week.. forgive me.

You can always catch me on my Youtube channel - about budgeting, planners & the like.. my 'hobby' for sure! GetPersonalwithPattie..
