Word of the Year.

Do you choose a word of the year?

A word that encompasses WHO you are, what you have gone through and where you would like to go? (Strength or Strong?)

Do you know what is holding you back to be all that you can be? (Pursuit is a good word)

I try and choose a word every year to focus on as I go through the year. I've used Intentional, Focus and Peace. Words that allow me to think before doing, enjoy the things that I am grateful for and being intentional to myself and others.

I do a lot. I sometimes do or think about others before myself and next year I'd like to turn my focus on my physical and mental health. I am strong. I am a positive person with beliefs that guide who I am. I always seek peace and am grateful.

My word for 2025: Empower. "make (someone) stronger and more confident, especially in controlling their life and claiming their rights:
