NSV - Non Scale Victory happened yesterday! When you are so used to wearing long shirts, it's hard to see yourself in a more shorter shirt - I'm sure women who have lost weight (including me) have a hard time with this.

I'm heading to a Christmas party tonight after work - and my NSV came in red and a size XXL (when I really started this journey of weight loss as an adult, I was in a size 26/28 at my highest

. I'll take the XXL :)
