Let's look back at May - even though it started out warm, it was chilly & continued to rain here in SE Massachusetts. We are all so ready for summer SUN & HEAT! I know I am.. I just feel better, healthier when I can grab a coffee on my deck at 6:00 a.m. and it's high 60's. (Not today, Sunday, June 1st - it's 53 degrees!) :(

Tracking/Step Count: 31 days in May:

I wore my watch 23 times (compared to 13 in April!) - Whoohoo!!

I had 11 days of 2,000 - 5,000 steps.

I had 9 days of 5,000 - 7500 - Woohoo!

I'm doing great wearing my watch & trying to strive for over 5,000 steps!

I wasn't on any #glp1 med in May, because I ran out of my wegovy & had a pretty difficult time having my doctor's office resubmit a RX for the zepbound (approved by my insurance) - but finally, 5/30, another doctor looked at the 'letter from the insurance' and sent the rx right away! Geesh!! Frustrating for sure!

I attended Tap 2 out of 4 weeks! Still fun, but one week I didn't go because I pulled a muscle an hour before..

I'm watching alot more YouTube channels on meal prepping & ideas for higher protein!

May was a good month, just wish it was a little warmer!

Goals for June:

-Start the new Housemaid Book

-More quiet time in am & pm on deck with book or just ME!

-5,000 steps daily or at least 4 x's a week

-Adventures on weekend with family

-Track, track, track ($$, steps & weight!)

I'll start by saying I know that WE were chosen to be Grace's parents; it has made us stronger, and we've learned a lot from her. When she was little, she was in the hospital frequently for infection
