For me routine and scheduling, planning are key. You see it in my budget methods and it's no different when eating. I find the hardest days, probably like most Saturday & Sunday. Thursday and Friday went well.. today (Saturday) went well too.. just don't think I consumed enough protein, water, or a second smoothie (and it's 8:17pm, Grace is giving us a tough time tonight so dinner is very late as it is).
I'm certainly not following the 30 day "Arbonne" challenge to a "T".. I do have a snack a few hours before bed; last night I actually made my second smoothie as "dessert".. with Almond, Coconut Milk which was very good - my new favorite with Chocolate Protein Mix... delish! I had the same for breakfast this am, and then a light lunch of a cup of salad and a few leftover over steak tip pieces, and then a small bowl of chicken soup around 6:30pm. Now waiting for a homemade burger (made with organic beef - smells & tastes so different, and it's fresh from a local farm.. really good!) By the time, Grace goes to sleep though it may be 9:00pm..and i HATE eating that late.. but I'm hungry!
I snuck in a very small piece of cheese while cooking the burger - you're not suppossed to have any dairy.. that's okay.. tomorrow is another day.. like any 'eating challenge', it is based on what works best for you..and what you come out of it learning about yourself! Do it for yourself! I am!
