Tuesday Meal Prep, with Protein focus

Lucky for me I've always enjoyed meal prepping - but now in 2025, I'm doing a great job looking at Pinterest and getting some great lunch and dinner ideas! My meal planning consists of 'ideas' for the week based on the groceries we have in the house.


Here is a picture shown of Quinoa Taco Bowls for lunches/dinners this week (add sour cream, cheese & avocado) & my Tuesday work food - breakfast, lunch, snack; down to what I add in my water!


What's on my menu today?

Breakfast - FlavCity Peanut Butter Shake

Lunch - Salad, cukes & tomatoes, feta cheese; 2 tblsp of cottage cheese and 3 oz of Chili Lime Cooked Chicken from Trader joe's. (cooked already is very convenient, just warm it up) & a hard boiled egg


Snack: 1 clementine
