Okay.. so I've fallen off. I am still going to drink the shakes 1-2 x's a day.. i like the chocolate, so I'm literally waiting for that to come in. I like the fizz mix, as I do feel more energetic with it and I'm drinking the water anyway - might as well add that to it. I'm watching what I eat, I am more conscious of that..but it was really warm out saturday & i had to have an iced coffee.. (not suppossed to have coffee for 30 days, who thought of that?). I didn't have coffee for two weeks, that's got to count for something right?
Everything in moderation.. and if you find a shake mix that you like..or supplements that you like...take them, but don't tie yourself down to following a '30 day program' .. if it's not for you.. and you know what, as my doctor once said "do what you're doing".. :)
