Day 3: Arbonne Reset : Regularity

Hi there. Yesterday was day 3, I don't want to get ahead of myself I do have another 27 days to go, but I'm drinking my smoothie every morning with a 'digestion' stix in it & 1/2 scoop of fiber..and I'm going pretty regularly this week (without taking miralax daily, as usually, because we ran out and waiting for an amazon delivery.)


I step on the scale weekly, and Thursday is my day.. it was only down 1 lb. I'm okay with that for right now.. come next Thursday it better be down another 2-3 lbs. !!!


I'm looking at this as a reset to my body.. having baratric sleeve surgery nearly a year ago that and eating less, certainly being mindful of what I'm putting in my mouth has allowed me to lose 60 lbs., however I feel like for the last 3 months I'm really at a weight stall.. (the chips and crackers, and lots of cheese (which is good protein) creeped back in. So this "Arbonne" method is just helping me to reset my body to eating protein and be more mindful of snacks that I'm eating (nut trail mix, almond butter, rice cakes, etc.)


We'll see.. I do like the strawberry smoothie mix, but I just bought some chocolate to send my way.. I've tried alot of different protein smoothie mixes, this fairs well with the others..

Last night for snack, I had two cut up strawberries & chocolate hummus.


Just continue on MY journey.. I know it's hard not to compare yourself to others.. but this is all about ME.. MY Journey.. and yours too!
