It's that day.. February 26th.. FRIDAY. Just seems like an awfully long week.. got some new things happening at work next week and as we were preparing this week, just felt like it was really busy! Which is a good thing, but didn't feel like the time was moving.. you know that feeling?? But then I also had some night gigs this week, so that makes for a longer day as well.
Well.. March is right around the corner.. the good things that come with March is... it's a NEW plan, new month, new financial goals...new personal goals & time to get moving on walking outside (i wanted to walk 3 x's for at least 20 minutes this week and did two.. during lunches!) Next week, I'll shoot for 3 again.. March 14th is also forward with spring clock.. so brighter days are coming.
Still working from meal plans and focusing on what we're eating.. Next week's goal is to stop eating after 7pm..no more after dinner snack, no matter what it is.. (that's going to be a BIG goal.. but I need to do it!) I'll just keep busy..
