Lots to Be Thankful for..

Even in a pandemic! It's a crazy world right now.. has been for a few months now... even worse, is every sniffle, winter cold or not feeling right has people running to the walk-in to make sure they don't have COVID.. I certainly understand it, and wouldn't want anyone to get sick..but the panic some are creating to get tested at every interval is not helping either. We just need to be good to ourselves.. watch who we are 'hanging out' with.. remain close to our families and wash our hands diligently.. I for one, have been tested once in the last 8 months, because I was close proximity to someone who tested positive - but then within a week, she found out her test was a 'false positive'... soo I'm just careful.. wearing my mask, being proactive.

Regardless if we are in a pandemic.. there's alot to be Thankful for this Thanksgiving! I feel blessed and grateful - my home is beautiful, my relationships are bountiful. My daughter, Grace is soaring.. eating like a champ (chips are her favorite..insert eye roll). My communication and relationship with my husband has been growing on a day-to-day basis - some days are harder than others..but the fact that we continue to grow and communicate is a good thing.

Work is work - yes, I've had a job through this pandemic - but I've also come to realize that it's that.. a JOB.. I enjoy my job.. but I have to realize at the end of a 35-40 hour work week.. my family, my friends, and my home is truly my LOVE for life. (and my budgeting :)

Look around you.. enjoy your day.. and most of all be THANKFUL.. there are alot of blessings around you.

For me, a quiet walk with my loves.. and a quiet turkey dinner .. lots of giggling & playing is what's in store today! Enjoy your day!
