I'm doing so well with my budgeting goals and planning, that I feel if I recommitmented myself with everything else in my life - I'd be AWESOME! Not that I want to be awesome, but I don't have to be awesome at everything, do I??

I went for my 18 month follow up from my gastric sleeve surgery yesterday (I had surgery back in June 2019).. and had a GREAT visit - although I had gained 10 lbs since my last check-in with them (6 months), I know that I was probably not getting my water intake daily and lack of excercise isn't helping. So, I'm recommitting this week to both of those things.. I actually bought a new water bottle (32 oz) and drink at least 2 of those daily at work (between 8:30-4:30), which is awesome.. I look back and think boy i really wasn't getting enough water in.. so that is underway. I am also going to start walking more.. taking it slow, but need to get a 15 minute break in at work, gosh, i NEVER take break - even though Im entitled to 2!! So, my afternoon break is going to happen & it's going to be 10-15 minutes of walking outside or upstairs..something!

My goal this week is 2 refills at work of water & 15 minutes extra of walking! I got this!
