Well.. it's out.

I wrote an opinion piece for the local newspaper, calling out the "inclusion" national summer program that excluded my child who has 'special abilities'. I'll just say this, my daughter has every right to experience life as another "typical" child and I will forever be her voice. I'm not sure what will happen, I hope someone will come out as well and share their experience. The days of excluding children or asking for WHAT their disability is should never come into play for a child to attend or do anything.
