1st Week of June - what am I eating?
Let's talk #glp1 - I'm on my 2nd dose of zepbound; my1st shot was Friday May 30th And this is what I ate in my first week: Breakfasts - consists of brussel sprouts, a soft egg and bacon (I like the pre-cooked that you just have to warm up!). I am loving brussel sprouts with a yolky egg - it tastes delishes and I usually have this combination on a Saturday or Sunday morning!
